Yesterday I put the boat in storage for its mandatory insurance layup. Time to start on some minor upgrades and maintenance.

How long is the layup? What upgrades will you do? You don't have to winterize do you? All I did up here was buy a couple of propane heaters from Academy and watched the weather reports.

Cat-
The layup is for about 4 months.
"Improvements" haven't been decided, but I have list to choose from. The boat is running great; thus, won't make any significant changes to engines, drives, etc.
Thanks

Due....You keep saying your hittin the rev limiter. I also see your spinning some big props. What kinda speeds are you seeing now? What is your prop slip %?

Bob-
No more boost; this thing is reliable and I'd like to keep it that way.

The slip is too high, but considerably better than before: About 10% now
Speed? My insurance max is 120 mph and for some reason it's difficult to get the boat over 120.5
