If I could figure-out how to mount mufflers on the shotgun tailpipes: I would ASAP.

Easy, cut the pipes off on the inside about where they first join together.

Have Stainless Steel Flow master fabricated and weld right to them and the exit in your same oval configuration.

Tyson ( BIGYELLOWCAT) made flow master's for his a few years back and said it worked great sounded just like a street car with that distinct sound.

Due,

Even if you ran the flowmaster housing all the way out it might even be smaller than what you have.

Not sure the size of your exhaust,.......but lets say 5" OD on the large side. If you take the circumference of 5" and multiply it times TWO. That gives you the OD of a single pipe, which in this case is a 7" pipe and flows the same as two 5" pipes.

So now take some thin construction Card board and make a 7" OD circle and tape it together. Then squish it into an oval of 4" or 5" thick,..........what ever you currently have and then measure the width.

That's what you would truely end up with.

If you have 4" I can refigure the numbers for ya.

I'm looking for 1/2" spacers for the #6 drives, but there's no hurry. There's still too much debris in the waters around here to risk testing the boat.

I'll probably install 1/2" spacers on the #6's and do some cosmetic touch-ups, but otherwise not too much.

I know someone who might need help with the engine in their boat and plan to help them
