looking good...it's hard to tell what color that boat really is. Some pics it looks yellow others it looks light green! Either way it looks good. What are you doing with the seats? I was thinking of getting a couple pieces of that mitigator material to put in the bottoms of mine.....anybody ever sat on that stuff?

Johnny ,
Dam , glad to see the motivation getting that ***** ready for next year . I couldnt have sold the boat to a better team .
Looking forward to watching you guys run her next year !!!

By the way , after running 2 mag 27s , and 2 Pantera 28s , this boat by far is the best in the rough , fastest with least hp, and well balanced 27 i ever drove and raced .

As far as speeds , this boat weighs in at around 4200 lbs wet -
500 EFI ran 81 mph
540 ci /600 hp ran 87 mph (never dynod )

The labbed 4 blade hydro is the best prop to run on this boat -the boat needs a little transom lift to air out the step - too much lift and yes it will walk -

Really depends on what you are doing with the boat - to fly off 4-6 footers at 75 mph , the hydro keeps her flying level with less ballast up front .

I had a 5 blade Hydro and it walked bad, I put on a bravo 1,and it is much better. Did you compare the bravo 1 to the Hydro? Also who did your prop work? With my new motor I will be needing a new prop and if i could benefit from your knowledge that would be appreciated

thanks
