I can make it between using between 33 and 40 gallons from Marina Del Rey to Avalon and back.

Option 2 is usually more money.

Fresh water flush..the only way I can enjoy the ocean...everything is clean now. Nice to have a lake near your home to swing by after some ocean fun.
The whole bottom end of the boat, all transom hardware, trailer, wheel bearings... etc.
