Now that I have a scanner,the lake has a 1 foot of ice, -5 out time to post some Great Mag shot's.

Kenny Black's 1972 Mag with big Ford power before & after a race, back then the little Volvo speedmaster drive's did not hold up well to big power.

If you look close at the Volvo drive shot you can see the home made power trim on the drive's , Volvo did not have it yet!!!!

This boat has been for sale in Michigan for quite a while.......it has the same looking grab rail.

Do you think it's Lil' Rhino?.........

Live Bullit seems to have that kind of grab rail too........looks a little different though.

Most of the Magnum's that raced here all had the [chicken bar's as they were called] for support, the boat in that pic was the old Bonanza, [brown&white] before that I think it was green & white and call Grasshopper. Lil Rhino was lost in a major fire that destroyed many of the early great race boat's, Lil Rhino then became a Mirage 29ss.

Lil Rhino had 351 Ford's the later built by none other than Jack Roush,, today's NASCAR car owner and great eng builder!!!
