Marauders and Missiles
All of sudden more of these 16 ft. boats are starting to surface...that is good news. I have spoke to Magnum and they will allow us to produce the"Missile Too" with some refinements if we see their is a market out there. Bud

Hello Bud ,I forgot to tell you that the missiles were manufactured in red, black, white ,maroon, dark green gelcoat. the wood panels were real wood sprayed with clear epoxy and fastened with screws and finish washers. They built with solid glas hulls and balsa core tunnel /deck layup. sonny miller/ magnum 60's / 70's

Yes it's a 16 molinari copy . Don bought the wood boat from one of his trips. we copied it at the 159 st plant when Don still owned it. we simply measured it and copied it in ply wood. Don came every day to that plant, and around the same time we worked on don's race boats in that yard. one being 32 cary/ the cigarette name on both sides, as I recall.Bob Vroman built the molds /hull and deck for the 16's There were two sets.John Barnhart piped theses molds, Bob Vromans crew layed up all our production. The hull and deck were race bonded. the rub rail was half round aluminum gold anadized and screwed on.sonny miller 60's/70's magnum P1/P2
