Hey Wes ,
I'm just finding this thread of yours now ........
I have the other green 25 .. it is MAG250080273 as Bud stated above.
My brother was at the factory a couple of years ago and there are only one or two of the employees from back then still around.
It was according to them that only two were made green.
One was ours .. a single engined 310 ChrisCraft engine with 270 Volvo the other was the twin engine "Brochure boat" that must be yours !
We undertook a two and a half year full/total restoration as we started out with the hull and deck only NOTHING ELSE !
It is now a single 502 B3 with full engine box like a twin installation and was re-done dark blue and white ...

thanks for your reply , there is some glass work on the transom ,but I was thinking it had thru hull at one time and glassed over the holes . It very well could have been outdrives I never thought of that. If so can anyone tell me how big the the original holes would have been ? I am going to start sanding the hull this week and ill take a closer look.... wes

I just bought this magnum from wes about a month ago, and am going to get started stripping it down toward the fall. as soon as i get it moved to my place ol throw up some pictures of it. Ive been around the block before with these older boats. my dad and i picked up a 1969 18' donzi 2+3 and redid that a few years ago. if anyone has any pictures or helpful info about the 73 25 magnum id be more then glad to hear from you. Also i am looking for either a 454 or 502 fresh water cooled, with the transom assembly and drive too. so if anyone could keep their ears open for me thatd be great too
