My vents line up right where your's are. if I move them 1" toward center their flush, but no longer cover the vent hole.
I'm going to mock up 4 stanchions on the deck & see what the hell that looks like............someone took the time to do this.
I meassured the sequence.......first stanchion from bow is @ 48" then 28" another 28" then lastly 22".........how high should
the stanchions be?............Bud says, 91/2" soup to nuts!

Just to get an idea I mocked up a 4 stanchion deck for the lifeline. I temporarily put the insert upon the deck and used the very tall original stanchions (17-1/2") Then did the same using only 3 stanchions.............. 4 stanchions looks too clustered, if shorter maybe not................3 looks to be just right.

Has anyone heard any more of this product Chrome Solutions ? I have posted on this before, there web site still dose not help much. If this really works it sure would solve many rechroming issues ????? My sports clamshell vents need to be rechromed, as well as many other parts.
