I have found PPG concept single stage paint works well, that what I painted my Magnum Sports deck & bottom with. But as most paints if left in the water for some time it will blister.

I sprayed it. Glass Dave here on OSO is the expert, here are some links about PPG paint. Before you paint check all the wood [stringers,, transom] for moisture, most of Klems boats used poor wood & have rot.

That will be the first things to do i will remove all the wood used +floor boat has been sitting since 96 when i picked it up it had about 30+gallons of water inside basicly i bought the hull only everything else will be replaced/repaired and i'm also chanching the desighn on top and will open the deck area toward the front about 2 feet will be a major very long project but i hope at the end it will be one of a kind!

That hull would be a Jim Klem Lancer, no chrome side vents, deck hardware & the nav light on the bow. If you restore it right you will have a fun boat.
