You understand I have only two tanks that' the way
This year I added more weight under the bow for better planing ' cause the weight of Big Block
Look tha added pic....what do you think about it

Gio,
Thank you for the compliment, all Magnums are beauties. I am surprised you need to add weight to the bow of your Starfire. My reserve tank usually has only 50lbs of gas a or so and even when empty the handling is fine.
Bud,
I'm a little confused. There is very little room under the lowered floor of a starfire, I can't imagine any tank fitting under there... My Starfire has 5 tanks that are all original since they must be installed prior to the deck going on and all the tags are from the same date from Florida Tank Co. The 3rd tank is 42gal forward of the 2 main tanks in the cabin between the next 2 bulkheads. The 4th and 5th are forward of that port and stb and only 18gal each.

Marshall
I understand my Starfire has handling problems
I thought them resolved but i found in reality it is not so
I did a test with Yellow Starfire merc 320 bravo 1 and 3 fuel tank ( my one only 2)
Owner told me has mounted as high as possible on the transom and handling is very fine
I thought on my one was just a problem of weight distribution and mounted water tank and added sand bags under the bow....to have same weight distribution of the yellow...but uselessly
Could depend only on the mounting of engines...? Mine is standard position big block and Bravo 1
Thank you
