Default Anybody want to help build my motor?

Well blew up my second motor already. I now have another short block and will start in the AM. Would love to have some help. Will supply all the beer and food
I know I am probably asking the impossible but I worked on this thing like crazy to be ready for the weekend and then boom.
Anyway, anyone anyone..................Bueller?

I know the feeling ......maybe instead of help you should ask someone do the WHOLE thing this time!!

Thats the problem. I let others do it and not pointing fingers because you never know, but I want to see it done right.

Well we got it in and no worky. We worked our butts off to get it done to no avail. We cant seem to get it to fire. So the engine builders are coming back to see whats up. We spent some crazy hours in the boat and have to thank my fiance and her dad for helping. I pulled out the other motor and found a rod bent and twisted. Cant figure out why, but I now have a fresh 502 never bored that wont start. I am sure it is something stupid but we will see when the engine come back

Of course it was and better than that I forgot to tell the engine guys I have solid lifters. They were nice enough to come back and realized the mistake. I didnt tell and they dodnt ask kind of thing. I have to get the cam card to set the lash or maybe someone here knows an easier way?

Ok I will do some pics but it was ugly.
Tomcei you up at Lanier ot Alatoona. I was trying to buy a Pantera, great boats!
