Flagship Marine Engine rebuilding

I am on the west coast and looking at a boat that had its 500efi's rebuilt by these guys. Are they any good?

I visited the Flagship marine shop in Punta Gorda back in 2004. Top notch operation. State of the art shop, and great people. Have heard nothing but good things about them, both here in SW Florida, and back in NJ.
