Except when they had to wait for me to catch back up to them. I was holding myself to 60, as I was not sure of the ignition timing since I did some engine work. The water was really great for cruising - not rough at all.

Everyone was SUPER nice, and very courteous to each other. When the Fountain spit a prop blade off early Friday, two boats stuck with them, helped them get up on plane, located a spare set of props and had them back with the group within 2 hours. No one crowded anyone or tried to prove a point; just nice, fun, relaxing boating. The way it should be.

Nick - Thanks, our pleasure. It was great meeting you and the other guys that we had not met in the past. Next time, we'll have to make the trip longer to give more socializing time. I never made it down to get my "condo" tour, either.

I spoke with Frank (Shanghaied Again) last night. He's just now recovering from the Painkillers. Swears he will only drink light beer from now on.

We'll be out again from August 20-24. The night of the 20th we'll be in Baltimore at the Inner Harbor East Marina and the Marriott. The 21st through 24th we'll be at the Mariott in Annapolis, making day trips to Kent Narrows, St. Michaels, and maybe one other destination. Can't wait!
