Ailing 454 MPI

Does anyone know a good reputable mechanic that is in the Pittsburgh Pa./North Central WV/Western MD area that could super tune my 454 MPI ???????????

Duh, obviously a blower tune... or nitrous tune. yeah thats probly not it, I dont know
