Made a scouting trip, ruled out Prairie Creek in favor of Rocky Branch. PC is a zoo each weekend Im told and was the case couple weekends back when I was there as a fishing tournament was being held. Rocky Branch super chill, nice Ramp, covered slip, I think the preferred for me.

Anybody able to comment with real authority if with Beaver Lake being 8' low now that new low water dangers are pretty common. Like, its not a good idea for a first timer who doesn't know the lake to go running around? Im not looking to be that guy that has no dea Im headed right into trouble. Thanks in advance...

Thanks! Ya saw winter pool level of 1120, but actual today is 1112. COE said downstream demands for energy have forced increased release rates. If spring rains don't come, is beaver lake at 8' low dangerous for a newbie who doesn't know the lake
