I'd take the OL for ride over the 312. I'd take the 312 for quality. Not knocking Formula. I own one, but basically you are comparing a 29 foot boat to a 33 foot boat. Been in both, the OL will ride better. Neither are fast hulls.

It takes the big water very very well. I know I will miss riding, and driving it. You must have got my spot at the party I had to give up when mine broke last year. Who ever gets it will not be disappointed thats for sure.
