I dont know if anybody cares or not, but I found out this past weekend that on saturday June 18th shorline boat club is holding a poker run in the Ottawa pool to raise money for the city of Ottawa for the fourth of July fireworks.
We did it last year it was fun, its nothing big or crazy but a good time none the less.

It looks like Peoria's fireworks will be the largest in the state since Chicago's has apparently been cancelled. Peoria's was already in the top 6% of the nation. Should be good.
There's plenty of transient slips available in the area, also.

What time is this jump'in off? I may be able to round up a few boat loads from up river to lock down for the day.

ME .. i gots no boat.... i just sew them...been around them most my life.....i go out there with friends they launch at here homes that are on the KKK river

Stopped in Harborside yesterday to have a look around and lunch with friends & wasn't impressed at all
