Gavin, sorry you dont like the lake, but we do. We had a place down there for a couple of years and will again, but I wanted to start my own thing and now we are renting for a week.
Thank you from you that understand where I am coming from. I had another mention in (MWBP) that I should cancel the check as well, since they will more then likely cash it and say we canceled the contract. She had sent it for the entire amount as well, so that is next thing to do in the morning.
We love the Ozarks and look forward to next season when we are back there enjoying it on our boat at our place...

The real estate market on that Bio-Retention cell that you guys call a "lake" is in worse shape than our national debt.
Partying...yes. Bars...yes. Crappy restaurants...yes. Big Iron..yes. Ugly chicks who should keep their clothes on...yes.
Shootout...yes. E-coli...yes. Pirhannas...yes. Good lake to recreate on...no.

OK TRL505 and Gavin, sorry you dont like the lake but a lot of us do. Now I put a post on here about a guy that I am not happy about, so if you would like to comment on that fine otherwise please keep you opion to yourself and for the rest of us please do not trash what we enjoy. Stay on your lake or travel where you want, that is the best part of this country you can do this where you want and so can we. As an example I have never been a fan of fountains but I have not bashed yours.

The nice thing about TRL is the people. If your boat only runs twice a year, you get to be the big dog once. And on the second time you take it out and it blows itself apart, you've always got great people to tow your **s back in.
We'll see you and "Electricfying" at the shootout this year though, ya?

Did you honestly just insinuate that LOTO property values are "good"? Please tell me that this you were joking...lol.

Yes the LOTO has its problems but the only reason you here about them and not all the other local lakes is because it is the most popular and the biggest revenue generator.
