A 30' with two 280's won't have the torque to quickly drive thru the hop like a triple will. So you have to do what you can to move weight forward . Shorter transom brackets , move the battery's to the front , less prop , etc .
Just before it start's loping you can start turning in a bit of a gentle arc , that will help it break free and get on top a little easier .

Every true tunnel boat has a hop and I don't care what brand you have!
Their are many ways to help the hop where it's not as bad but you will have it at certain speeds.
