Yep, looking at the color, clarity and overall crispness, that is what I suspected you had used. It really is all about the glass, and you really did a great job, it felt like I was right there!

We will probably be at Sarasota (pits), Sat morning only, we have family in from NJ and NC that weekend. Mark (my son-in-law) is going to bring the Sigma 50-500mm F4-6.3 EX DG HSM, last year we left if home and missed some great testing shots.

That new lens is the bomb. It's so fast, it's scary. I shot about 1300 frames and less than 20 were out of focus. I love that kind of batting average.

Rob- I have a special photoshop filter for removing lifejackets!
