I think what you are seeing is actually a bit of a rainbow effect from the droplets. The next frame shows it a bit more clearly. But I may not be seeing what you are seeing.



I have had that happen, tho, but it's very rare- sun has to be in just the right position, I think.

look at the spray behind the boat, there is a little color there also, like a small streak,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
