Re: Livorsi 4 5/8" DataTach/Prop Slip Multi Gauge
I have been getting a lot of calls, emails and questions about this new multi-gauge so I thought I would take a few minutes to tell you a little more about the gauge.
The multi-gauge requires a 4 5/8" cut-out and is 5" overall...if you have an existing Monster Speedo it will work with the existing cut-out.
If you already have an existing Livorsi Monster GPS Speedo you DO NOT have to purchase another gps reciever...your existing one will work just fine.
It can be used in conjunction with your existing tach(s), or if you are in the process of upgrading your dash...we can configure your dash so that the multi-gauge takes the place of your existing speedo & tach(s).
Wiring the gauge is not anymore difficult than wiring a GPS Speedo or Tach.
Once you wire up the multi-gauge, you will have to tell it a little about your boat, i.e., gear ratio & prop pitch so that it can accurately calculate prop slip...check out the following link for more information.
Prop Slip, how it works
I hope this helps, but please let me know if you have anymore questions.
