congrads on the new ride, i just ordered a 36 cat myself its in mold right now. i almost went with the 43v, but have to get the cat thing out of my system first. its a great boat.

Great choice the trips. Friend of mine brought his 40' Hustler down we broke a belt on a motor we got on plane with the other two and ran over 60mph back to the docks and fixed it. Would have taken us a LOOOOONG time slogging back off plane with just one motor.
Luckily the day was so nice the idle trip back was great. But made me think of what I would have done had we been 50 miles away. I would have tried getting on plane with both engines, then backed the one off to idle and neutral, and shut it down. And hoped one could keep me on plane. And hoped I didn't suck water up on the shut down.
