I think you're ahead of the game getting your boats dialed in with Diesel.

I might be wrong but a 39 or 43 that could run 85 all day with diesel would have a lot of interest I would think. Looks like all it's going to take is a little more power out of the mills.

That's coming shortly, they are working on a program that will hopefully yeild a liitle more power 40-70hp. That's what I'm hearing from Adib Mastry. That should be good for 3-4 mph on the 39', which is actually a 41' and 2-3 on the 43', which is actually a 45'.

The question is should I go diesel again or gas

The pic of the first boat (one on left, post 1) looks like it has a very similar paint job to the "Aqua Doll" 50' Supercat that was at the show. Same owner?

Very nice rigs!

Terry and Jeff you do all the trial and error work . Between the two of you things should be worked out for when I order mine . Not this year but 2009 sure looks promising .

Terry stated 80 plus above with all the emmenities, gen set and so on, and full of fuel. I believe they will get 82+ with some prop changes and a lighter fuel load. Programming will be here shortly for the Electronic Yanmar which will also increase the speed. A different layup which is coming down the road, which Terry will announce shortly will also make it lighter and stronger producing additional mph. Diesels with the fuel consumption and cheaper at the pump are a good alteranative in todays boating. Jeff
