Thanks everyone. Been in business 23 years, working along side my wife. Could not have done it without her. Team work has been very benificial when working with clients.

As to the flooring, I am crossed between some application of a coating or www.racedeck.com. Ive used coatings before andthey have come up, but thye application was probably not the best.

Prep is key on the floor coatings. Getting ready to do mine this summer. Got a buddy that has done his and many others with great success. Get it prepped right at the end of March and have some rollers waiting for your guests when they arrive!

Whats the proper prep..Im thinking of doing U-coat it in the storage garage, and see how it holds up. I like the race deck with a design for the boat garage...and Im leaving the vehicle garage for both you and BigBoy when U come down

U-Coat is what I plan to use as well in my garage. My buddy says you have to use a strong detergent on any oil spots and then you etch the surface with an acid before applying the paint. I'll ask him what he uses to etch it with. His floor has been painted for 3 years now and not one spot has lifted yet.

No kiddin, I agree with Terry.

And Jass, go ahead and save that garage floor for when we come down - just make sure you have a table and chairs right outside with some lemonade so I can make refreshments for you and Juicy and play loud stones music.

And I am bringing the truck down so I can tow my new boat back home.... Now go put some wax on it....
