Default Nor-Tech lookin good in the boat lift

Doing some early spring cleaning thought Id pop off a few pics. Docmanrich built the floating dock and is planning on coming back late Jan to finish the launch section, and build another lift for Sandy's 23' Albury Brothers boat that will between the Nor-Tech and floating dock. We will cover it with a sunbrealla material. Weather has been in the mid 60's the last 2 weeks I wish it would warm up.

4:52 my time I get up every morning at 4:30 whether I want to or not. Today, rainy, cold, 52 degrees, no boating..so I get to finish up my heated/cooled boat house, under the main house. I just put central vac up hi when boat is in there and I want to putz around I can easily vacuum. A few speakers, and many elect. outlets, one dedicated for a beer fridge. Im now looking for a vinyl floor covering like Race Deck to finish off the concrete. The walls were sprayed in (hard water resistant) closed cell foam, then osb'd with vinyl planks to give it that board and batten look. Ceiling is vinyl bead board, turned out really great. The car garage we just finished. When gets dirty, just hose it off. Here is a pic of the garage walls and cieling without the floor being done.

Thanks, just had the underside vinyled, was having a problem with birds and squirrels resting up there and doing a jobber..now with the rafters covered up, the boat stays much cleaner.

AJ, real easy, right through the Wriggleys, and down past St Stanislaus into the inlet by Casino Hollywood (old-casino Magic) under the 1-10 bridge and take the first main inlet to the right. Go through a few s turns and your there. Ive got the doc being worked on (DOCMANRICH) so that I can house 4-5 more boats for some parties. We'll have to get a group together, party, LL should be done by spring.

jeff , you need to look into some concrete overlay systems for your floor - you could even do a nortec logo embosed into it the sky is the limit - dream it on paper and it could be done in concrete

We absolutely agree with this article. We would not consider having
anyone else build our home. Like we tell anyone who asks and those who don't, "We live in the house that Jeff and Sandy built but it's their baby". They are always willing to help you address any issues that might arise.
In my mind that's the ultimate in customer satisfaction. You can't ask for more than that.

Sincerely,

Looks like many more boats in your future. I always wondered what you did for a living. Great job!
