Why, I'm only running 525's. With bigger power in it then yes, or if the new owner wants to whipple it then the ASD conversion would be an option. This boat would be a great candidate for the ASD converions because it does not have a notch.

While it might be a great boat, not doubting that, you cannot sell boats like this with Bravos.

Reason the hulls with no power are priced like they are is because they have #6's and there is no power limitations to consider. if someone wanted to up the power they would have to spend over 100k just to change to #6s and that is on top of what the boat cost.

if it aint a deal no one is going to go through that much work.

you can easily throw on some ASD-7's..great alternative at a fair price that can handle some big power as well.

Yea that would be an excellent move and probably make the boat faster in the process.

Unfortunately, you just cannot sell a boat with Bravos, bravo derivatives or these band aid drives as no one wants the headache of constant breaking. if he is not breaking them its simply because he is not using the boat like the next owner would want to. he had throttled himself back because of the drives and i bet this taks a lot of fun out of the boat. The #7's would probably cure this problem

So is every boat that is for sale that currently has XR's unsellable? Every boat with XR's needs to upgrade drives? For $100k more then I'm asking, you might be able to get an 04 36 NT with 6's, but not one thats under warranty. Some people dont want to deal with big power, or pay for it if they're not goign to use it.

not any boat with bravo's...but cats and bravo's dont mesh well. even with the 525's especially in a boat with the weight of the Nortech. just a very tuff boat to sell in an even tuffer market. as i said earlier a definately gorgeous boat

LostinBoston listed his boat for sale for 240K on another site. I think he will own it awhile at that price.
