I in no way wanted the post to seem like I was responded to poorly... Both people I talked to were very friendly and just had their hands tied on resources. Funny thing is... At the end of the day what do you really "need" factory support for? Most hard parts are either repairable fiberglass or sourced from another commercial supplier. Sure it makes things easier but at the end of the day not impossible.

Mental... I actually came from a Fountain and oddly enough while their parts department is small, they are quite thorough and I think I bought anything I ever needed with an email... From cables to latches to interior parts. Just fwiw

I owned a couple Sunsations and same thing there. Owners always answer their cell phones and the support you get is awesome.

Yup... put it on Swap Shop and had a deposit in under an hour. I think I let her go too cheap
