Alive and well. Was at his shop this morning help put together a friends motor. Linnie's 500/585's were coming out right when I had to leave. Cams in his the buddy's motors have had high failure rates. (the other guys cams had snapped)

Finished Lotti's 500's right before the holidays.
Been hanging very low after the holidays until this weekend. We got very busy at work and been trying to get everybody going again.
Yesterday we pulled James ( Excursion) second motor that broke the second Crane " Black " cam. They break right at the distributor gear. We got the new Crane "Gold" cam back in & the engine back in the boat.
Pulled both my motors and got them on dollies. I have the same Crane "Black" cams. I am going to replace them with the "Golds" just for the reliability issue. Crane now admits that only "Golds" should be used for marine. When we first got them, James & I called Crane and they assured me the blacks were OK. Now we get free ones but have to eat all the labor to replace them.
Who knows while they are out maybe they will get a few new parts thrown in them. Another 75HP would be nice. Having to screw with the EFI unit is a pain.
With 4 500 EFIS on the floor, the shop does look cool. Time will force them back into there home for summer fun.
Any news or pictures of the 42?????

Things are changing at Nordic. New Owner Randy Davis has deep pockets and is adding much needed capital to grow the business. The 27' Cat will be first, should see it by April/May then we should see the 42.
Starting to receive our 2006 inventory, will have it on display in Louisville starting Jan. 28th.
Are you going to Miami? We have a group going this year.

Not going this year. I started to reserve the trip earlier, but we have gone so much lately, we have wore out the parents taken care of our kids. They have been at our home more than us. Will make it next year for sure. Lining up the summer trips now. See you soon
