Here are some pictures of the one Richie Zul made himself. He said on the dyno it was around 25 hp . He also made a Phonoic[wood] spacer for it that was shaped like a horn to help air flow.

He also made this water circulator remover kit for the 500EFI. Looks like he spent a great deal of time coming up with this idea, I bet it works pretty good 
I believe he made around 648 hp out of this motor ..Stock appearing

On the mone blade, Is that the one Zul did?
Cutting behind the the throttle body is the easy part. I bought a 525 EFI blade from merc ( $35 ). I am going to mill out the center, mill the shaft and work it that way. Will see how it works. Getting the blade to set well is going to be the trick.
