I have emailed Lonnie numerous times for various reasons and he has only replied once. How responsive is he when you call?

My telescoping stern light was in such bad shape, I had to pull it out (was not at all impressed with the design btw). I wanted to see if Nordic could send a replacement however, am thinking it may be better just to keep it simple. Any suggestions?

Shawn...do a search on here for that light, it's made by a company in IA (I think), maybe somebody here will know the brand (wasn't it included in the paperwork I gave you??)

Lonnie Reponds to phone calls better , ever time i have called he was on the floor and responed to all 3 of my calls reguarding interior.

I was at the factory this past weekend. The phone rang continuosly, paging Lonnie, and there were customers lined up outside to talk with him. To find out anything you have to speak to him. He really needs someone else there to handle some of the customer contact.

Just purchased a replacement lens for that light direct from innovative. Go on-line or call.
