A couple on this board. A friend has a 2000 and like it. Runs upper 80's with stock 500's. He had vapor lock issues with his and added the mechanical pumps like the later 2002 and up. Personally I think you catch too much wind in the face but I drive a Formula so what do I know!!!

I have owned two 35's and have a third on order for pick up this coming Tuesday. In my opinion, you can not find a better looking, better performing, better value period.
I had a 2000 with 500's GPS 88, 2004 with 525's GPS 91 and have a 2007 with 525's coming.
Should you have any questions please feel free to contact me directly.

2001 with a pair of 575SCi's.
5 years, 430 hours, and in excellent condition.
Has withstood nearly 10 poker runs, over 4
Catalina ski races, and held up excellently.
No hull issues.
If I had a gripe, it would be things like cabin
doors and head locker doors, hinges and latches,
leave a little to be desired, but are easy enough
to upgrade.
All the important stuff has held up superbly.
Oh yea, it's the second 35 we've owned too.
