Hello. I have an 06 Rage w/496HO. It came stock with a 26p prop. I love the top end, but with my kids and wanting to tow a tube, I was thinking about getting a different prop. Will switching to a 22p or 24p get up on plane faster and be able to stay on plane at lower speeds? I don't have tabs and was hoping a smaller pitch would help. Thanks!

By the way, I rarely get to open it up without my wife freaking out so losing top end is not a big deal. If it's just me and the boys I'll put the 26p on. Thanks!

smaller pitch and more blades will do the trick..

+1, though adding tabs would be the best way to have the best of both worlds, not sure how the rage reacts with a 5 blade
