Everyone be quiet, the Lift Queen is speaking!

How many times have you been on the ocean this year with the chip? Was it once or Zero times???

Better get that Compass adjusted before you go...

Wow, you ran 4 miles down the beach and it's your big ocean run. I gotta say I'm not sure if I'm up for those big runs you take

Whatcha say we do Block Island this year? Been a couple since our last run out there. If you're afraid we'll run the Sound and it's only about 15 miles of open ocean running. I'll call Champlins and book the dock. We can run out Sat morning and come back on Sun. Maybe we can even get the pumpkin to run.

Just so you know the fog rolls in out there, so make sure you see your psychiatrist before the run to cure your fear of the fog.

Can't make a run this weekend. Have a party to go to Sunday and a BBQ Sat afternoon.

We are trying to plan a trip somehwere and you're welcome to come. I'm not a planner so someone needs to plan it for me.. Ask Dee about the dates, I gave them to her already.

What happened to CT, I thought you were going?

I think Cape May has a nude beach....with a big lesbian community. 100 + plus miles South all Ocean. What more can you ask for, big water a nice run and naked women. Oh, and it's hard to get lost just aim the compass South.

Nick, you've run the ocean more times than any of us this year so when did they put the high rises up on North Beach??

Fire Island is really nice, not sure about the areas that Panther knows.
