Haven't seen him, just got back, motors flushed and ready to call it a night. Fireworks were outstanding again this year. Left BadBoy's around 11:45 and just blasted up the river, all the crazies were home by then. Still have low fuel pressure, looks like I'll be changing the other pump in the morning. Thank god for redundant systems or I would have been sitting home tonight.

Redundant systems? I watch the fire works from the dock at the marina. Three engines on the Pumkin and only two fired
I would have went on two but the one that didn't fire was the one with the power steering pump. I didn't relize until I untied from the dock. Talk about pucker factor.
the drives were turned and soon as I put it in reverse it headed straight for a big cruiser.Thank God It didn't hit and we easily got it tied back up but no boat for me until I can figure out which sensor went bad.

That's right, 2 fuel pumps running in parallel just in case one pukes I can still make it home and not lean burn the motor.

Sensor, thats why I love my simple carbed motors with no sensors

We saw you park at Billy's but we didn't hear you (too quiet). Dude, you seriously need to clean that boat. Is it grey or white?

I was the one flashing the spot light on you guys just before you left. We thought maybe you would stop over and see your friends..

Got back to the dock about 9 am this morning, went home and slept till 2 pm. It was a great night, the fireworks were excellent. Pictures of the disco boat and a video of the auto-inflatable pfd are to follow!

Didn't know where you guys were, usually you're on the other side of the river. As for the light, just thought you were the typical a$$hole up there.

BTW, anyone know the idiot with the yellow formula? When we left last night he was running pretty fast through traffic, the opposite way

Yup, thought I would give grey a try. I did wash the deck before we went over but it's still pretty bad. Will probably stay that way until at least next spring

morning people

Went down to the marina after work yesterday to see if it was just me flooding the engine on start up. No such luck. It still wouldn't start and just my luck I think I fried the starter trying to clear it out. I want to go postal on someone today I'm so pissed.

No need one switch kills all three motors 2 fired one didn't. The one that didn't caught then stalled then acted like it was flooded. I wouldn't have been so pissed if I didn't ask Chuck's boy to look at it last Monday. Chuck had the misfortune of coming by the dock after the fire works and about a twelve pack, boy did he get an earfull.
I hate being mad because of the boat its totaly not why I bought it.

Is this the same motor that was loading up on you when it's cold?

Yep that be the one. Just got off the phone with Brett He told me his Pop was pissed he doesn't like hearing crap like that from his customers at the dock and he's gonna make them get on it right now. If I hear stuff like that from my customers you see my guys runnin like rats abandoning the ship. I'm a total terrorist when I get an earfull from a customer.
