Doesn't surprise me at all, with the computers on the motors even bad plug wires will make the engine act funny. All that high voltage bouncing off everything get the processors all screwed up. |

Replace the plug wires while your at it, just in case. I've seen bad wires make ignition coils go bad etc. Even salt on a cracked wire will do wonders. I've also seen oil leaks from valve covers make the ignition wires arc out and cross fire. :eek: Dude, the motors have hours on it. Believe me, Billy used that boat religously... It may just be that time where you're going to start chasing stuff down. I remember them rebuilding a blower once.. It's still and can be a good running boat, not trying to scare ya just informing ya. :cool: |

Saw it in the water with the hatch up. Walked over and saw the cap cracked from the dock. After he replaced it the port motor ran much better. :eek:

That would definatly make it not start. And I have seen them crack for no reason exept bad part. |
