I wish we were able to do the run. Oh well, there's next year (hopefully.) Just hoping it goes back to the original weekend in July.

Thats ok, one day you'll get burned by him. I guess his guys cutting the electric for your lift with the ice scrapers then handing you the bill to fix it isn't enough. If it was you having problems they would have left ya sitting at the dock. Apache Steve had a water leak in the exhaust one year, I stopped and waited for him as he fixed it near south st and to make sure he didn't need a tow. By the time we got to Joey's everyone was already off the dock and up at the house and you know how long they can linger at the dock. If he can't wait for anyone else why I should I wait for him?

Like I said, you'll see whose waiting when you have trouble. Then you'll be like oh $hit, those guys suck.

The year Steve broke I slowed down and he waved us to keep going.

I think you forgot that I was kicked out of the marina and not asked to go on the run one year, remember..... The only reason I went the following year was because John Mulhern saw me sitting on the dock and came over and got me, now one else stopped to ask...

Plus, the year I blew a drive no one stopped including yourself.

Yea, guess he has you by the shorties so your gonna have to wait. BTW, I'm not grumpy, just have zero tolerance for people like him. I gave him 2 sets of plugs after the NYC poker run one year, ya think he ever replaced them? I hate people that just TAKE all the time. On the other hand, bad boy is the complete opposite. Everytime I do something for him he is always very greatful. Last year when his lift wouldn't run at 7am he had me come down to the marina. After the poker run he stopped by my house and was trying to give me $$ and t-shirts from the poker run. I refused the $$ but took the shirts Two totally different people.

Not sure which year exactly but I broke just before the tip of the hook on the way back. Everyone blew by me and didn't even stop to see if I was ok... Even the guy with the big Sun Seeker blew by me with his 5 ft. wake. Correction...only one person stopped, it was Jerry R.

I really don't care though, I don't let them ruin my day. I'm out there to have fun and will have fun no mater what!
