I'm probably leaving the house about 9 am, ge to the marina by 9:30 and head out between 9:30 - 10 AM. We would like to get a spot on the beach this year.

Um , next time turn on the time stamp. That looks like last years interior !!! I saw some guy in a upholstry shop making new interior for your boat with blue carbon fiber in the center of the seats. Nice try.

Attached is a map of the island for anyone (Billy) who would like to attend the Island Party!

The yellow line is the false (unmarked) channel. There is about 10 ft of water in the false channel at mean-low water. So, as long as you "stay" in the false channel you will not hit bottom. Also, the false channel is "clearly" marked on GPS.
