The pic of your boat is missing the part of the ramp where the dozens of people are eating popcorn and peanuts, just waiting and watching for someone to screw up.

The best watching is when there is a fishing tournament going on. It makes for awesome entertainment!

I spend Sunday afternoons at the ramp with some ice cream watching the boats come out of the water,,,,, it's comedy central!!

Actually Bon Jovi does have a boat, although small. When the house was under construction I was called in to do the boat lift, got a really nice tour of the house too. Anyway, after fighting for permits for 2 years the dock went in as did the lifts. They are on the west side of the property. Also did a lift a Richie Sambora's house in Rumson, he has (had) a really cool padded leather bar. Oh the Heather thoughts were running through my mind as we sat there signing contracts
