I havent been too far on the river and am looking for somewhere good to run.

Let's see who still has the itch.

ITCH,we still have a couple months of boating time left.I boat till the water freezes.I will be on the Hudson this Sat. Give my cell phone a call and maybe we can meet up.I will try to get out in the morning because I have a small issue I need to work on before I cruise with the group.

im going to the norwalk boat show on sat. but i hope to be out on sunday.

Norcdic95, Purenergy and my self will be out sat morning doing some speed testing in the AM. I'll be launching out of Peekskill and heading to Stony Point marina to meet with the other. We should be testing between Stony Point and West Point. I think we might head north afterwards to Torches for lunch.

The new motor went boom.

I drive all over the area. I have a well pump and water systems repair business. I just happen to notice when I see a performance boat in someones driveway. I live over on Church rd in Putnam Valley.

Sorry to here about your motor. if you need an good engine builder let me know. He also rebuilds drives as well.

It no longer says Scarab down the sides. She runs 75 mph @ 4500 rpm and tops out in the high 80's . We're still dialing in the boat and looking to hit 90 by the end of the season.

The river was the busiest I seen all season. We headed to torches but I wouldn’t park on the outside docks with all the boat traffic out front. We turned around and went to Bowline Park for a short time. Then we headed to Cannonball marina for lunch. Along the way I sucked the #5 exhaust valve. The boat is temporarily out of commission. Were pulling the heads off tomorrow night. I hope to have it ready in time for the Lake George Poker run.

I couldnt push the boat to hard on sunday. My rev limiter kept screaming at me. It continued to scream even after I slowed down. We wanted to go to torches for lunch but the water was just to rough to tie to there docks. We never had a chance to meet anyone that day aside from Jersey steve, who later came and rescued me when I lost a valve in the #5 cylender.

The boat is temporarly out of comission. I hope to have it together in 3 about weeks.

Hot boat, That was me with grey open bow sunsation. I think we may have gone to high school together. I think you where into old muscle cars back then. I had a blue 68 mustang with a blown 351 with wheelie bars and a roll cage . Think you were a year or to older than me but you might remember my car although it was over 20 years ago.

Sorry I gradated in 92. You might be thinking of my older brother Dave. He had a black 76 camaro in high school. He's still big into cars. In fact all his friends back in high school were, that’s how I got into cars, and it was John Betz that got me into boats. I’ll be at my shop all weekend working on a Mustang project.
