Im going to upgrade a few things this winter also. One will be cockpit lighting to all L.E.D.'s I put a dvd/radio in the dash so when we hang out we can watch somethign. I havent seen this one done yet on here but maybe it has. Platform is being repainted. and also because how close the blower pulley sits to the bulk head im making a cover plate so noe gets hurt if the hatch needs to be open for any reason.

so your intercooler is forward pressure regulated.
fuel lines to say the least Huge.
skeg water line to engine, pump in skeg or engine mounted ?
and when u-say reverse dist.wires u-mean retard all by one spark plug wire position or clockwise one position to prevent an over advace situation with the digital box. j

J, The reg on the intercooler is before the sea strainer so that i dont blow the plexi out of it or the seal. The fuel lines well nothign need be said about that, 5/8'ths says it all. Sea water pump is always on teh engine on a bravo alpha have the pump in the leg. The dist. wires that go from the box to the dist get reversed not the spark plug wires. If not you will run some serios advance. i didnt know this until i just got luckey and picked up a powerboat mag that had a q and a about the same thing i had i was just luckey as i said to find that.

SS how large is the water line from the bravo drive thru the transom assembly ? j

Its a 3/4 hose that come into a 1 1/4 to the back of the raw water pump/sea pump

seems a little small for all that engine ? j

It probably runs run on the hose,but top end you'll have no volume of water.A transom pickup is a must.I seen dudes hange valves because of not enough volume.Lack of volume seems to leave steam pockets in the motor,mostly in the heads around the exhaust valve guides.You'll need 1" thru hull and water pessure must be 20-25psi at WOT.

i guess everyone has a different idea on water pri. my motor makes 1078hp at 6200 i have 4 years on it at 10 lbs of water pri. run 4 or 5 poker runs a year never had a problem. i like to see a lot of water moving through the motor not always a lot of pri.my heads are the 357 afr's 540 inch motor 3.3 whipple. also i was in a gtx with 1075 merc's and they don't run that much pri.
