The speed limit on Winni doesn't take effect until January 1st. The water will most likely be a little hard then. It sunsets in 2 years.

The bikini contest is at the Naswa. http://www.waaf.com/pages/270506.php

small lakes don't have a 45mph speed limit?? sorry I missed you last week but I am still sick, boy I feel bad about that speed limit. I have never brought up my boat cause of the dry pipes. but had my dads up there. art

Octa/Art, used to do Wiini. alot back in the late 80's speed not an issue then, but loud pipes NG. remember being up there for a long 4th of July wk-end. stayed on the boat, freshened up in the lake. everyday the water cops would pull us over and ask how long you stayin ? we said leavin 2-morrow well after the 3rd day they said when u-leavin we said 2-morrow ! they said no you-r-not and they escorted us to the ramp ! only been back once since. don't ask what happened then.
