Same power, just redone, they made 760-780 on the dyno, we'll see where she settles in...should run nicely.

and frank, oh lovely...that's always fun!

I'll repower end of season pending how they run. Probably 588, or 600+cu w/ quad 4.0L or the 8.3L whipples and EFI. If i were to repower I'd go with 1200-1300 range. I'll see how it runs, if it's reliable and runs great, why change a good thing. I have the blocks, just a matter of building the set I have up sitting around. I'd also repaint then too. I just want to get in the water and have a trouble free year.

and yes I'm very particular about getting things right.

Your doing the right thing taking your time and getting it all right. nothing worse than having to ull it all apart again after all that work!

Kev,
I noticed elsewhere you're looking to horse trade your Hydromotive 5 blade 28P props for some 5 blade Maximus 30P props. What's up? Are you over reving the engines or just hoping to pick up some more speed to pass a certain Magoophen a little quicker?

Hahaha...I talked to Brett(Bblades), he said he could lab the 30P Maximus props and get at least out of the dance club, and a better cruising speed.....but I dont have the 3,400.00 its gonna cost if I buy them from him! So, if I can find a used set and sent them to him, Ill do that. If not, Ill stick with what I got. Hahahahaha....Magoophen.

I finally saw some sun today. Much like the Madcow disease, it was here for awhile then it went away.

I think the lack of sun exposure has given me symptoms of Madcow disease: muscle spasms, lack of muscle control, worsening problems with memory... I'm told I've been sitting around at work all day jerking off, and I dont even remember it! p:
