You guys need to go down to lighthouse point with them the tug boats come in there and you can jump some killer waves, also point judith Ri is the same deal!

For the record the problem I had was because the previous owner used the wrong hose for the oil lines, it was rated at 300psi but was only good until 190 degrees. I have thermostatic controlled oil coolers that keep the oil over 212 when warm. So as soon as the oil temps came up the hoses loosened up and just came off. The good news other then the mess it all seems to be behind me know. I had the boat a couple of times since then including yesterday trip to block. Boat runs hard. It is nice not to have to run it hard to have fun. I have not had it over 5,000 rpms. I had it up to 86 mph without pushing it runs right around 65mph at 4,000 and 70mph at around 4,200/4,300. now back to your regular ball breaking already in progress.

3 to 4 foot rollers, the boat handles very different then the Cafe. It does not like going under 50mph. at 60 it comes alive and is very very smooth and steady as rock. It flies extremely level in the air which is a big change from the Cafe. The only thing I am not used to besides the nose when docking is the feel of the props coming in and out. I am not sure if it is because of the notched transom or if the x dimension is higher. So far the more seat time I get the better it feels and the more I love it.
