Yea my job blows, but that's why i have the boat.

SS- Truck is apart right now, gettting head gaskets under warranty with ARP head studs :coolcowboy:. Hopefully be ready for next weekend. Also I have a laundry list of other BS I need to fix on the boat, but should have it done by next weekend.

Justin- my "excuses" are legit, I would much rather be boating than any of these other things going on. This is a chaotic (and expensive) summer for me and I knew I was going to miss some days going in. I've been boating for all of my 28 years and this wont be my last...you win some you lose some. I'll get as much in as I can, then next year we'll start all over.

Frank- I might be able to get a week day off if I get enough notice. Problem with that would be finding passengers, but again with some forward notice you never know.

Im in, let me know what day. Thursdays are good for me if that makes any difference......I could always bring Lefty w/ me, I dont think he working that day. ;)

I think I already know the answer to this, but would there be any interest in having a club "get together" at one of the races this year? There is Patchogue August 26-28 and NYC Sept 8-10. I plan on making one of them anyways, so wanted to see if any other members were interested.
