my weight is way down if you can beleive it...basically the end product of eating much healthier and working out all winter.
scot for cardio, i have been running 3-4 miles almost daily however it has taken a toll on my knees. im actually looking into road bikes right now too. i dont want to wear spandex pants tho

I can't stand it either. It is definately harder every year. Although I agree I do get "prettier" I have been busting my balls I am down 11lbs. But I have not had a beer in 4 weeks
. I could get into a little biking. I got to thinking yesterday about the season coming and was talking with kev. We need to get to planning some dates for some overnights... I am thinking PJ again, Montauk and of course Block.

BTW, I use to ride when I was much younger (and thinner), the numbness goes away after your 'guys' get use to riding on a regular basis... at least it did for me.

I'm too heavy to run, my back and knees wouldn't last long if I tried to run on a regular basis.
LMK if you get a bike... although I don't want to see you in spandex either!
