BTW, any of you other fat fu@k's gain some weight this winter? I swear every winter it gets easier and easier to pack the pounds on, while Frank keeps getting "prettier" so I've been thinking I need to start doing some type of cardo before my body starts catching up with my fat head. I've been thinking about buying a road bike and doing some pedaling on Sat or Sun mornings (before drinking on the boat). Anyone into pedal pushing or have any other good low impact ideas before I go out and buy a bike?

12 miles of obstacles up and down a ski mountain should do the trick....(click on the map to see the course)
So been running and doing some crossfit-type stuff to get my ass ready. I would be into biking but i really don't have time... as it is, i've been running in the dark at like 9pm, which isn't the best idea in my neck of the woods. Soon it will be hot and boating season, so my ambition will be plummeting i'm sure

I felt a little chubby myself this winter, so I entered this as my motivation to get back in shape:

Yea May 5, and the discussion about it did start while we were drunk and on barstools. It's the ice water and frozen mud i'm worried about. The walls, tunnels and electroshocks should be no problem
Frank you know me, I'm down for anything that most people can't or won't do. Something to cross off the ol' list! Plus they give you a beer at the end, so how could I resist?
