weather is not looking good for this weekend. hopefully the storms will hold out saturday but it is gonna be nasty on sunday. if the storm makes it to the bottom of the bay it might push some ruff water up north. should be interesting.

Yea, I'm watching it too. If it makes it to the bay by Saturday I'll probly just hang at Jellies and forget Red eyes. Sunday is looking like a wash but we'll wait and see on that. I'm goin on Saturday no matter what. I never heard anything on when and where the raft up with the music is going to be? There's nothing on the Rock the Bay site about it. Anybody hear IF, WHEN and WHERE?

if water is really ruff i am probably gonna go to jellies too. figure it out when were out there... they have two stops before red eyes. then lunch and bikini contest there for a couple of hours. then i think they stop at jellies on the way back for the last card stop. then its back to the nauti for the rest of the party is back at the goose i think. gonna see if i can find out any more.

Yea, I'm watching it too. It looks like it's moving more off shore than they first thought so I'm all in anyway. Sunday will probly be a wash out but Sat might pull through, I hope. Its always a crap shoot right?

Hot of the press!!
First and Earthquake, now a Hurricane - man of man - do we ever know how to Rock The Bay?
With the forecast deteriorating for this coming weekend we've decided to reschedule Rock The Bay until September 10, 2011 - the weekend after Labor Day.
We felt it was possible to probably pull the run off this coming Saturday, but with the probability of rain increasing every day and the spectre of people having to tow their boats home in a driving rain & very windy conditions all contributed to the decision to reschedule the event. We want everyone safe!
I am sure we'll all want to batten down the hatches this weekend and prepare for whatever mother nature has in store for us.
We will see you on the 10th of September.
