We will see what the budget allows. I heard the sutphen on the river had gone to chevy performance 383s a few years ago, how had that worked out. Have they lasted and what kind of increase did he see on that. I thought BIGGUS had posted about it a few years ago. I'm trying to figure out if I should just buy short blocks or go and build a completely forged rotating assembly. I'll throw some pics up when I get it uncovered. I'm excited to get it in the water, but I need to get back up into the 80s we will see if I can throw an exhaust and maybe some cams before I come up
That boat runs like a top! Dave has it dialed in real good. Kurt knows the details on it.

I like it alot. Goes well and rides good for a 27 foot boat. Always wanted a Fountain, picked this one up 2 years ago.

Default just to keep the thread going...

For the sebago/brandy pond guys, the water is about 1/2 way up. No rain in the forcast however. Sebago looks full, but north of the lock is still down.

Thanks for the update, I don't feel so bad now knowing that I haven't even pulled the boat out of storage yet! She comes home this weekend though!

Yeah, the Songo/Long Lake side is still down about 2 feet. Not enough water yet.

Looks like some rain end of this week. Not much but every little bit will help.

The Songo (Long Lake side) is still very low, about 2-2.5 feet down from where it should be this time of the year. -My lift is just barely under water...
