Ok so I just wanted to remind everyone who is joining me on the 12th a couple of things.

If you are launching at Stoney Point the launch fee is like 25-30 dollars. Please check the tide chart to determine when you may or may not want to launch depending on the size of your boat. At dead low I can still make it with a 32 Fever, other larger boats may have trouble. Same with loading at end of day.

I also just spoke with restaurant and if we have less then 25 in our party we will order off the menu, may take longer to get food but large selection. If we have more then 25 we can do a buffet. $26.82 per person and includes three entrees, salad, pasta,desert,coffee or tea and soda. So start giving me an idea on how many in your party and thoughts on food. I will need final head count week before run

Also like last year weather could be an issue. I will need to cancel reservations if we are doing buffet 72 hours in advance or lose my deposit. So please keep this in mind as the date approaches

What is parking like at the marina with the trailer? If you don't have to worry about the tide is it better to get there early because of crowds?

Usually never an issue with crowds or parking. It a very large marina,actually two jointed together. So they have two ramps, one deeper then the other. And a very large lot.

So far it's looking good for me on the 12th...... Now I know this is not an organized run, but I am curious if there will be any one out there taking pics ? From the water or the sky ? If all goes well I will have 4 in my boat including myself. I will know for sure two weeks before the run and let you know then.....thanks.....
